😎 Fun Fact

In Switzerland, it's not the Easter Bunny who delivers eggs—it's a magical cuckoo bird! 🐦🥚

📜 Story (Fiction!) 😂

It was a beautiful spring morning in the meadow, and the Easter Bunny was hopping around, checking on his basket of freshly painted eggs. Each egg had a special design—some had stripes, some had flowers, and some even had tiny golden sparkles. 🌸🐰🥚✨

Just as he was about to hide the eggs, a little chick named Poppy waddled up. "What are you doing?" she chirped.

"I'm getting ready for Easter!" the Easter Bunny said, twitching his nose. "I hide these eggs, and children will have fun finding them!"

Poppy flapped her tiny wings excitedly. "Can I help?"

The Easter Bunny smiled. "Of course! But be careful—they're very delicate!"

Poppy nodded and picked up an egg with her little beak, placing it gently in a bed of flowers. Just then, a strong breeze blew through the meadow, and one of the eggs rolled away—right towards the river! "Oh no!" gasped Poppy. 🌬️🥚🌊

The Easter Bunny dashed after it, but the egg was floating downstream! Just as it was about to be lost forever, a friendly frog hopped onto a lily pad and caught the egg with his sticky tongue. "Got it!" he croaked. 🐸🏞️

"Thank you!" said the Easter Bunny, placing the egg back in the basket. "That was a close one!"

As they continued hiding eggs, a butterfly landed on Poppy's head. "Look! It's carrying something!" she chirped. The butterfly gently dropped a tiny flower onto one of the eggs. "A flower egg!" Poppy giggled. 🦋🌼

Suddenly, a rustling sound came from the bushes. Poppy and the Easter Bunny froze. Was it a fox? A sneaky squirrel? No—it was a little hedgehog named Hazel! "I found an egg!" she squeaked, proudly rolling a polka-dotted egg toward them. 🦔🥚

"That's wonderful, Hazel!" said the Easter Bunny. "But remember, the eggs are for the children to find!"

"Oh! I just got so excited!" Hazel said, blushing.

They spent the rest of the morning placing eggs under flower petals, inside hollow logs, and even tucked in soft patches of grass. The whole meadow looked magical! When they were finally done, the Easter Bunny sighed happily. "We did it!" 🎨🐰💐

As a thank-you, he gave Poppy and Hazel a special golden egg. "This one is just for you two!"

"Best Easter ever!" chirped Poppy, and the three friends laughed as the warm spring sun shined down on their colorful creations. 🌞🐣🎨
