📜 Story (Fiction!) 😂

It was the 4th of July in Mapleville, and twins Leo and Lily were bubbling with excitement. Their school had given them a special holiday project: decorate a giant USA map with red, white, and blue! 🇺🇸🗺️

They unrolled the map on their living room floor. “Let's make each state sparkle!” said Lily. ✨

“Good idea,” said Leo. “And let's add fun facts too!”

They started with New York. “This is where the Statue of Liberty stands. It was a gift from France in 1886!” Lily shared as she glued a tiny statue to the map. 🗽

Next was South Dakota. “Mount Rushmore has four presidents carved into the mountain—each face is 60 feet tall!” said Leo as he stuck a mountain icon there. 🏞️

Texas got a cowboy hat, Florida got a dolphin, and Alaska got a polar bear. The kids laughed as they added stickers, glitter, and red stripes across the map. 🐬🐻👢

“Don't forget Hawaii!” Lily said. “It's way out in the ocean!” She drew a surfboard and palm tree beside it. 🌴🏄

After hours of work, their masterpiece was finished. Mom and Dad clapped when they saw it. “This is more than a map—it's a celebration!” Mom smiled. 😊

Later that evening, Leo and Lily walked to the town square where a huge fireworks show was about to start. They proudly carried their colorful USA map and placed it on a display table. 🎆

People gathered to see it. A little boy pointed at California and said, “That's where I live!” A girl smiled at the Florida dolphin. 💖

The mayor stepped up to the microphone. “This map reminds us how all the states come together to make one big, beautiful country. Happy Independence Day!” he cheered. 🎤

As the sky exploded with colors, Leo whispered, “I'm glad we live in a place that celebrates together.” Lily nodded, “It feels like one big family.” 🎇❤️

And under the glowing stars and fireworks, their map sparkled just like the real USA in celebration. ✨🗺️🎉
