In a small town in Mexico, the streets were filled with music, laughter, and colorful decorations. It was the Cinco de Mayo fiesta! Children ran through the square, wearing bright clothes and waving paper flags. 🎶🎈

Among them was a little boy named Diego. He wore a big sombrero that kept falling over his eyes. "I can't see!" he laughed, tipping it back up. 🧒👒

His sister, Lucia, was painting sugar skulls at a table nearby. She dipped her brush into red, then yellow, then blue. "Look, Diego! Mine has a heart on its forehead!" 🎨💀

Suddenly, a breeze whooshed through the plaza, and something magical happened. One of the painted sugar skulls on the table shimmered and blinked its bright green eyes. "Hola, niños!" it said with a giggle.

Lucia jumped. "Did that skull just talk?"
