In a lush tropical river, where the water sparkled and the plants swayed gently in the breeze, lived a very cheerful turtle named Toby. Toby wasn't just any turtle — he had the biggest smile and the brightest eyes in the whole river. Every animal loved being around him because he always made them laugh. 🐢🌿

Toby's favorite rock sat in the middle of the river, right under a bend where the sun often hit just right to create a rainbow. Toby would sit there for hours, humming turtle songs and watching dragonflies zip by. One morning, after a night of soft rain, Toby climbed up onto his rock and gasped. A giant rainbow stretched across the sky, more colorful than ever before! 🌈☀️

“It's going to be a perfect day!” Toby chirped. He waved to the frogs on the lily pads and nodded at the herons in the trees. He even gave a wink to the sleepy fish below. 🐟🐸

But then, a rustle came from the bushes by the river. Out popped a little raccoon, looking worried. “Toby! My raft got stuck downriver, and I can't reach it!” said the raccoon, whose name was Rina. 🦝💦

Toby slid into the water with a splash. “No problem, Rina! I'll help you. Let's follow the river and get that raft back!”

As they floated down the river, they passed blooming flowers, sunbathing lizards, and even a family of capybaras lounging in the mud. Toby made up a song about each one. “Capybara, capybara, chillin' in the sun! Capybara, capybara, munchin' grass for fun!” 🎶🌺

Rina laughed and clapped her little paws. “You're the best, Toby!”

Finally, they reached a bend where the raft was stuck between two big rocks. “It's too tight!” Rina squeaked.

Toby dove under the water and pushed with his shell. He wiggled, spun, and nudged until... SPLASH! The raft popped free and floated gently back into the current. 🛶💦

Rina jumped on it and cheered. “You saved it!”

“All in a turtle's day,” Toby said with a grin. “Let's float back and see the rainbow again.”

As they drifted back, the sun peeked out from the clouds, and sure enough, a double rainbow shimmered in the sky. Animals from all around gathered on the banks to watch. Birds sang, monkeys clapped, and even the shy otters waved. 🌤️🎉

“Toby the Rainbow Turtle!” someone called out. And the name stuck. From that day on, whenever someone saw a rainbow over the river, they'd say, “Toby must be smiling today.” 🌈🐢
